Jennifer DiMotta, founder of Uprisors, a leadership wellness program for women, has over 20 years in executive roles where she's led over 1,000 team members at Office Depot, Sports Authority, Bluemercury and Media Saturn. Jennifer also runs a successful boutique agency called DiMotta International helping DTC brands and manufacturers develop and grew their e-commerce and omnichannel businesses. DiMotta is on the Board of Directors for a public company, Midland States Bancorp, as well as on the Advisory Board for a few digital agencies. DiMotta speaks often on female leadership and the Uprisors methodology to develop in to an effective leader. DiMotta is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and earned a Masters Degree in Leadership from Bellevue University. She also has earned the 2014 Colorado's Most Influential and Most Powerful Woman award as well as 2017's Top 100 Women to Watch by Brand Innovators. She is originally from Omaha, Nebraska and currently resides in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she has a home with her husband and daughter. She loves to run, read and spend time at the beach with family and friends.
