Hanna Andersson is seeking a highly motivated, data-driven, innovative Affiliate Marketing Lead to join our digital marketing team. You will own both the affiliate and influencer marketing programs, responsible for building relationships with new affiliates and influencers, as well as deepening and optimizing our existing partnerships. Your mandate is to leverage the affiliate and influencer channels to their full potential to drive meaningful new customer growth. The ideal candidate will be highly data-driven - able to prudently allocate media dollars to top-performing partners, measure the impact of their spend, and constantly test, learn, and iterate with the goal of driving new customers. You should also have an intuition for brand marketing, as you will work closely with cross-functional partners in Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative to ensure that your affiliate and influencer campaigns reflect the Hanna brand we are aiming to build. This role will report to the Director of Acquisition Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the execution of the affiliate and influencer programs
  • Develop the strategy to scale both programs, including new partner recruitment, evaluation, and optimization
  • Manage program logistics, including product seeding, offer creation, newsletters, commissions / publisher terms, tracking, and reporting
  • Continuously analyze commissions and flat fee spend against CAC and ROAS targets to ensure profitable growth. Partner with the Data / Analytics team as needed
  • Manage relationships with our platform and agency partners
  • Develop new and innovative ways to amplify affiliate / influencer content in Hanna’s other paid and organic channels
  • Present channel performance and insights to management and leadership teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Marketing, Merchandising, and Creative peers to ensure effective and on-brand storytelling in your affiliate / influencer campaigns

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years marketing experience with 2+ years in affiliate / influencer marketing specifically. Proven track record of building and driving a high-quality, content-rich affiliate program
  • B2C digital marketing and retail / apparel experience is a plus
  • Experience with negotiation and managing vendors and partners
  • Familiar with affiliate marketing platforms / networks like Impact, RewardStyle, Skimlinks, etc
  • Understanding of the influencer marketing space and key partners for Hanna
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize for desired outcomes (e.g., CAC or ROAS targets)
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement
