Developing, implementing, and advancing the strategies for both online and offline marketing while supporting the company’s overall objectives. Lead marketing, communications, and digital/ e-commerce teams. Lead business intelligence efforts, coordinating with consumer insights and research groups to develop model for category analysis and ROI. Create Tourneau’s communications strategy and marketing and social media content calendar. Manage implementation of public relations and marketing tactics and support systems, including the direct marketing campaigns, Co-Op content marketing, SEO, advertising, the CRM, and marketing results reporting. Create a marketing dashboard to track and report on the effectiveness of all marketing and communications strategies. Create and drive digital marketing strategy across the group, advocating for new ways that can leverage Tourneau through web, social, email, and other channels to reach more prospective customers across the engagement lifecycle. · Analyze customer data to create selling strategies and marketing approaches and define KPIs to measure success across social campaigns. Ensure the desirable balance of revenue generation and the customer digital satisfaction experience. Manage a team of marketing department employees.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field plus 5 years of experience in marketing or a related occupation. Prior experience must include 5 years of experience developing KPI systems; 5 years of experience creating and implementing brand strategy programs; and 5 years of experience leading digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
