Walmart is looking for an innovative creative with a keen understanding of the ever-evolving world of social media, digital content and e-commerce. The Social Commerce Creative Director will lead a team in championing the Walmart brand and creative point-of-view in the social commerce space, where content meets commerce—think livestream shopping and beyond!
Running point for social commerce projects, as it pertains to creative. Social commerce programs will be on-going throughout the year on a rolling monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual cadence at different scope and scale.
Drive, manage, review, and approve content creative, from concept to execution—which includes, but not limited to, event production, and owned, and paid digital media marketing.
Partner closely with our Strategic Partnerships, Marketing, Project Management and Ops, eComm Ops, and Product teams, as well as external channel advisors, in order to provide the Walmart creative point-of-view and to ensure brand cohesion across all user touchpoints.
Drive and optimize creative strategy of the social commerce programs, based on testing and learning, user behavior, and new feature developments.
Partner closely with Project Management and Ops to communicate and deliver on creative needs, including feedback and approvals, in a timely and steadfast fashion.
Proficiency in various programs, such as, but not limited to, Adobe CC, Sketch, Zeplin, Keynote, Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheets.
7+ years of experience in design, ideally in e-commerce.
5+ years of experience in Social Media content creative.
5+ years of experience in creative management.
A portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to craft compelling campaigns and think strategically.
A high level of discernment and social acumen to navigate change and ambiguity.
