Digital Marketing Analytics Manager

Purpose of Position-

Support Dunkin’ Loyalty & Digital Marketing team in management of user analytics for Dunkin’ app and web. This position will be instrumental in driving business decisions using data gleaned from customer activity in the Dunkin’ ecosystem. It will collaborate across functions to establish processes and ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting for the digital marketing team.

What You’ll Be Working On-

  • Oversee the successful launch and onboarding of analytics and A/B testing software programs
  • Design, implement, and refine A/B testing plans to continually validate the user experience, partnering with UX & product teams
  • Partner with development & product teams, acting as the business champion and SME on website and app tagging in order to capture valuable customer behavior
  • Mine data sources including but not limited to app reviews, app feedback, surveys, focus groups, error reports, web and app analytics, etc… to find relevant, timely, and useful information
  • Create, maintain, and refine reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics using that information to support key business decisions
  • Partner with existing analytics and business intelligence teams to create efficiencies in reporting
  • Examine, interpret, and report findings to stakeholders in leadership, marketing, and product teams in order to elevate visibility of digital’s impact
  • Stay current with digital best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Generate and present other related marketing reporting as necessary
  • Hire and manage analysts as necessary

What You’ll Need-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics or a related field
  • 4-6 years’ experience in web/mobile analytics
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Test & Target, Optimizely, Apptimize, or similar)
  • Experience with Web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA, Mixpanel, or similar)
  • Proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to take data from multiple sources and create visually impactful dashboards that tell a story
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities & projects
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong project management and communication skills
