We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Digital Marketing Manager with a record of managing and growing profitable digital marketing channels by identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Position scope includes leading the development and execution of digital assets across all channels including search, paid social, display and affiliates. Candidate must possess the skills to lead a team as well as selecting and directing outside vendor partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven 5-year track record of success in growing consumer brands digitally, and a background of focusing on maximizing and growing file size.

  • Develop and implement the digital marketing strategies that drive site traffic, deliver incremental sales and brand awareness.
  • Measures, tracks and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assets and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) and enable data-driven decision-making regarding marketing spend.
  • Develops monthly and yearly budget for functional area. Accountable for area budget and delivering against business goals/objectives.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and build the assets for distribution across all channels.
  • Responsible for managing multiple vendor relationships, holding them accountable to specific ROAS/ROI numbers.
  • Develop and manage promotional strategies from inception through implementation including promotional programs, coupon codes, discounts, and sweepstakes.
  • Leverage Google Analytics and in-house CRM data to guide website decisions and digital channel direction.
  • Assist with design, build and maintenance of our social media presence.
  • Adapts quickly to social marketing best practices, advancements in technology, and industry standards and can apply this knowledge to marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Reviews and analyzes the competitive marketplace for patterns and trends and may make recommendations and adjustments to operational activities based upon identified information.

Education/Experience:

  • 5 years of strategic marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer organization with a strong online / e-commerce / digital presence. Experience must include analytics-based decision-making, where success is measured in customer growth, website conversion, and superior content.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with a track record of excellent results in a fast-growth environment. Must be able to substantiate a clear understanding of consumer and media trends and develop market strategies and campaign outcomes resulting in significant growth of customer/revenue base within a competitive environment.
  • Creative / innovative thinker; organized /detail-oriented; team player/ solution-oriented.
  • Keen understanding of leading-edge e-commerce segmentation methodologies and their respective role in marketing communications.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate, and Display advertising campaigns including marketing database and organic social media.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools; Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
