Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the management, development, and optimization of Lilly Pulitzer’s digital marketing program. The Digital Marketing Manager will help drive the growth and execution of key digital marketing channels, notably paid search, paid social and programmatic/display, with a focus on supporting both ecommerce and omnichannel objectives.




  • Work closely with Digital team and media agency to develop full funnel strategy that meets revenue goals, propels new customer acquisition, and increases brand awareness
  • Assist in managing relationship with third-party media agency, including through day-to-day communication, status meetings, etc.
  • Monitor key metrics of campaigns across paid media channels and tactics to identify potential optimizations
  • Analyze weekly and monthly reporting for additional opportunities and enhancements within paid media channels and share key insights/learnings with internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Digital Merchandising and Digital Analytics team members to identify key product categories and styles to support with digital marketing messages
  • Collaborate with Organic Social and Influencer team members for cross-channel promotional opportunities
  • Work closely with the Creative Content team to ensure parity with brand marketing initiatives and maintain campaign calendar for paid search, paid social and display
  • Submit media briefs to third-party agency for new paid media campaigns, including any A/B testing opportunities
  • Manage content planning and creative development process, including submitting creative and copywriting requests for paid media assets and ensuring assets align with specific tactics and targeting strategies
  • Work with CRM team to identify potential audiences for activation within paid media campaigns
  • Ensure accurate implementation of tagging across campaigns and review campaign set up within platforms as needed
  • Manage social listening dashboards and identify potential trends within paid social commentary
  • Evaluate potential media partners for new ways of working together
  • Monitor competitors for opportunities to test new ad creatives, paid media tactics, etc.




  • Manage relationships with third-party partners that provide social listening support and other key services
  • Lead weekly calls with agency partners and vendors
  • Partner with key members of the Merchandising, Creative Content and Digital Commerce teams to drive results
  • Complete deeper dive analyses into campaigns, tactics or channels as requested




  • Ability to gather information and provide actionable insights and opportunities related to select digital marketing programs and channels

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience activating and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe
  • Experience with platforms such as Google Ad Words, Facebook Business Manager a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
