  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required.
  • Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) preferred.


  • Manage critical leadership meetings and operating rhythms: plan and facilitate executive and business critical meetings, including identifying topics, developing agendas, guiding discussion, synthesizing discussion and next steps, and following up as appropriate.
  • Develop presentations & materials for executive management as required – synthesizing / summarizing information from multiple business leads to provide critical information, including executive leadership. Leverage data to elevate actionable insights that drive decision making and communicate the story clearly and concisely.
  • Lead Special Projects and Programs per the direction of the CCE that may span the organization or several departments. Drive cross-functional discipline and act as a strategic thought partner to the business and marketing teams.
  • Ensure the right routines, reporting and tracking mechanism are in place to ensure follow-through on key decisions and actions that come from meetings, routines, and discussions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and council to the CCE on a variety of Rite Aid specific initiatives.


The Director of Digital Strategy is a unique and critical role, reporting to the Chief Customer Experience and E-commerce Officer. The primary responsibilities in this role is to work with and support the Chief Customer Experience and E-commerce Office on high-profile and strategic work including the holistic and strategic preparation for all forums, ensure all initiatives and priorities are planned and executed, and manage a cadence of operating rhythms and routines for how business is done. The incumbent will have the opportunity to drive clarity and help define success for the team by ensuring strong alignment, progress on key priorities and KPIs and making sure that the team is prioritizing the right projects at the right time. This role will prepare executive-level communication on a regular basis, leading special projects as needed and will also act as an advisor and sounding board on matters of strategy, execution and operations.
