Based at Nike’s World Headquarters, the Central and South America (CaSA) Marketplace team serves a broad and diverse consumer base in one of the most dynamic parts of the world. We operate across 40+ countries bringing the Nike Marketplace strategy to life through a unique business model with our distributor partners. This team of cross functional leaders is responsible for the development, management and seasonal planning of our Nike Direct and Marketplace Partners businesses.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe’re looking for a consumer focused leader with experience in digital commerce to lead our full digital offense across Central and South America. You have a positive, bold attitude with a passion for digital, retail, sport, and creating a future that is innovative and unique. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONLead all aspects of the launch and business management of Nike Direct Digital Commerce experiences and lead through direct and indirect teams of functional professionals with shared KPI’s and goals. You will set and lead the vision, strategy, and coordinate the offense for Nike Direct Digital Commerce business in partnership with Nike's distributor partners. Your focus will include Nike.com, SNKRS, Nike App and commercial leverage of other digital products/apps (3PP, O2O, NRC, NTC). You’ll provide strategic leadership to deliver annual business budget, and long-term financial goals and KPI’s. You will collaborate cross functionally to drive locally relevant consumer experiences, products and initiatives that serve our diverse consumers and elevate our marketplaces and overall Brand presence.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHYou’ll report directly into the Senior Director, CaSA Marketplace and manage directly and indirectly teams of digital experts across multiple countries and cultures. You’ll collaborate with cross functional teams including Merchandising, Planning, Brand Marketing, Integrated Media, Consumer Knowledge, Supply Chain and Nike Stores at the Country, Territory and Geography levels.
