ThirdLove is seeking a director of integrated marketing, who is a creative and analytical leader with a proven track record in campaign development, storytelling, media planning, buying and brand performance. ThirdLove is the third largest online bra and underwear company in the U.S., and it's on a mission to get every woman into a great fitting, comfortable and beautiful bra that helps her feel confident. The director of integrated marketing will report to the vice president of marketing, and will develop omnichannel strategies as well as drive execution and collaboration across teams, to meet and exceed marketing goals while coming up with innovative ideas to drive brand growth.
You will partner with our creative, lifecycle, planning, business strategy and data teams to orchestrate end-to-end marketing strategies for evergreen products, new launches and campaigns. You will lead the in-housing of all media planning and buying for ThirdLove’s digital channels, including performance media. You will define the brand’s precision strategy for all advertising content, identify and ensure the diffusion of best practices, and challenge media partners when relevant to drive positive return on ad spend to grow the ThirdLove brand. You will also participate in paving the way for the business to leverage the best partners and techniques through ongoing campaign optimizations, audience refinement, and test and learns.
