Director of Integrated Marketing

ThirdLove is seeking a director of integrated marketing, who is a creative and analytical leader with a proven track record in campaign development, storytelling, media planning, buying and brand performance. ThirdLove is the third largest online bra and underwear company in the U.S., and it's on a mission to get every woman into a great fitting, comfortable and beautiful bra that helps her feel confident. The director of integrated marketing will report to the vice president of marketing, and will develop omnichannel strategies as well as drive execution and collaboration across teams, to meet and exceed marketing goals while coming up with innovative ideas to drive brand growth.

You will partner with our creative, lifecycle, planning, business strategy and data teams to orchestrate end-to-end marketing strategies for evergreen products, new launches and campaigns. You will lead the in-housing of all media planning and buying for ThirdLove’s digital channels, including performance media. You will define the brand’s precision strategy for all advertising content, identify and ensure the diffusion of best practices, and challenge media partners when relevant to drive positive return on ad spend to grow the ThirdLove brand. You will also participate in paving the way for the business to leverage the best partners and techniques through ongoing campaign optimizations, audience refinement, and test and learns.

The Job

  • Own the seasonal and yearly integrated marketing calendar, focusing on cross-channel campaign strategy and end-to-end execution that brings the products and brand to life across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the planning of paid media support and tactical buying of all channels (traditional and digital) to deliver on business goals and objectives with daily/weekly optimization of media to increase ROI, including budget reconciliation and invoicing management.
  • Manage media measurement with the data science and analytics team to measure, analyze, visualize and report on all media performance to gain results, insights and optimization opportunities for future campaigns.
  • Partner with product and creative leaders to translate product, trend and merchandising information/strategies into marketable product messages.
  • Understand customer insights and behaviors to reach the proper audience and nurture the customer journey.
  • Manage relationships for key marketing agencies, driving integrated strategies and timelines, while owning cross-functional stakeholder communication and approval.
  • Manage the growth, integrated and influencer marketing teams, from strategy through execution and deployment across all channels.
  • Surface ideas for channel growth and help set the strategy for expansion, including but not limited to campaign advertising, brick-and-mortar, activations, partnerships, and social media.
  • Establish clear processes for efficient workflow and communications.
  • Attract, retain and develop a high-performing team.

The Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • Seven years to 10-plus years of progressive, authentic leadership experience in roles in integrated marketing with a focus in e-commerce
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally, with an understanding of customer experience, data, growth marketing and product
  • Solution-oriented to provide best possible recommendation and/or solution for the brand despite roadblocks or constraints within the project, workflow, budget, etc.
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinker — able to communicate effectively and influence others
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial, behaving with integrity and transparency
  • Experience leading teams, demonstrating the ability to lead and deliver on various projects
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
