This role is based in our Beverly Hills headquarters but is currently and temporarily remote due to COVID restrictions.


Partner with the executive leadership team to:

  • Lead the strategy and oversee the execution of breakthrough integrated marketing programs that build brand awareness
  • Create/manage marketing campaigns for seasonal campaigns and collaborations
  • Manage and inspire our team of marketers and agencies, ensuring alignment across brand, retail, paid social, content marketing, public relations, and events
  • Act as a storytelling expert, crafting marketing strategies and insights-driven creative briefs that inspire our team and agencies to deliver results-oriented, brand-differentiating campaigns across new launches and ongoing channels
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising and Design teams to translate our creative vision into unified campaigns across multiple channels
  • Work with Performance and Retention Marketing teams to understand their needs, and capitalize on content creation opportunities to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer experience
  • Built systems and processes to track and report on key performance metrics, and use this data to continually optimize marketing strategies and improve performance
  • Oversee the PR strategy and measurement along with partner agencies


  • Minimum of 10+ years of marketing experience
  • Fashion industry and/or DTC expertise and background preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, build relationships, and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • A self-starter mentality; ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, while maintaining a rigorous business and financial discipline
  • Exceptional project management experience and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
