What You’ll Be Doing

Our Health and Home team is driven to delight consumers with trusted solutions for healthy living and peace of mind. We’re committed to being “There when you need us most” for customers across the world. The Global VP of D-to-C Marketing is an integral part of this dedication. In this role, you will be a strong consumer products and brand marketer who can lead the vision, strategy, and execution of e-commerce, direct response, brand strategy and growth, consumer experience and the post care functions. This VP handles end-to-end consumer experience on full funnel strategic ownership from awareness, purchase, postcare, retention, loyalty and advocacy, building out direct to consumer and direct response capabilities. A team of Directors and Managers will report to you, therefore, you should enjoy leadership while simultaneously be willing to roll up your sleeves, mentor, coach, and drive change.

While we are highly successful with our retail partnerships, we have a vision to build new channels of distribution direct to consumer. Therefore, you should have an entrepreneurial mindset with deep expertise in performance marketing. Specifically, you can establish and quickly grow new e-commerce channels as well as direct response marketing. Our VP should be passionate, hands-on business leader with a consistent track record of creating and implementing comprehensive business strategies with that drive revenue. You should be a hands-on, coaching manager who can drive overall internal organization alignment and inspiration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing - leading the entire funnel of TV, digital, and consumer loyalty strategies through execution and retention marketing.
  • 5+ years leading multi-functional teams within marketing, e-commerce, direct response, and/or consumer experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.
  • Experience in an industry with consumer-facing products.
  • Experience supervising external agencies.
  • Confirmed leadership skills as a hands-on and collaborative manager.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills both with management, peers and team. Ability to present ideas clearly and champion thinking.
  • Change agent who has a passionate entrepreneurial mentality and will become strong advocate to cultivate this new business pillar
  • Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing specifically in e-commerce and direct response.
  • Ability to analyze and present information to all levels and driven by metrics.
  • Hands-on approach to leading and directing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Forward thinking individual who seeks new, innovative ways to enhance overall consumer acquisition, loyalty and experience.
  • Proven understanding of marketing concepts and consumer behavior.
