Crocs is seeking a Manager, Global Integrated Marketing to join our Global Integrated Marketing team. This role will be critical in the strategic development and execution of Crocs’ branded, innovative, quick to market, and key special project initiatives; including product launches, program introductions, brand campaigns and digital programs. The Manager, Global Integrated Marketing will be responsible for strategically driving programs with strong, data driven, disruptive and consumer centric marketing plans.

This role will collaborate with key marketing partners; including Brand Communications and Digital/Social Media, Creative and Copy, E-commerce, as well as cross-functional business partners and key stakeholders, to ensure thoughtful and cohesive storytelling, delivery of unique content, digital innovation, globally relevant and regional scalable marketing plans and innovative activations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic marketing plans for Crocs’ branded, innovative, quick to market, and key special project initiatives from ideation through execution
• Leverage data driven insights to inform marketing campaigns and activation strategies
• Willing to push boundaries by testing innovative, go-to-market strategies targeted to our key consumer affinities, bringing fresh, disruptive marketing ideas to the forefront of our planning
• Effectively drive cross-functional ideation, coordination and execution of marketing strategies that will make a material impact on brand perception and product desirability
• Lead, coach, develop and inspire highly talented direct report(s)
• Manage agency partners from ideation through execution, including onboarding new agency partners as needed.
• Partner closely and work collaboratively with cross functional teams, including product, merchandising and sales channels
• Drive the development, socialization and institutionalization of strong, compelling and consumer centric content that supports the brand and aligns to our vision
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our consumers and our brand and thoughtfully incorporate into everything that we do and every campaign that we bring to market
• Collaborate seamlessly within the cross functional team to drive Crocs vision
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Qualifications:

• BS or BA in business, marketing or related field, MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a background in Branding and/or Retail.
• Strong background in brand, content, and digital marketing preferred
• Experience with and understanding of content marketing strategy, willingness to test a variety of content tactics to connect with Crocs core consumers
• Cross-functional team experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and inspire direct report(s)
• Results oriented and operates with sense of urgency; must be able to foster and promote a collaborative environment
• Capable of handling complex situations in a changing environment; able to consider complex decisions in a timely and thoughtful manner
• Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate including international acumen with all levels of seniority
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks
