The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the overall success of paid marketing programs and campaigns.  This role will oversee the planning, negotiating, and execution of digital and traditional media channels. The Marketing Manger will be able to manage monthly planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, publishers/vendors, and agencies.


  • Work with the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing in planning and executing media buys and campaigns that support private brand and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Execute direct media buys in a variety of channels from start to finish through negotiating, setting up insertion orders, tracking, reporting, and analysis. These channels include but are not limited to print, digital, custom content, audio, and video.
  • Work with agency to execute and optimize paid social, display, and video campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agencies and vendor partners, forming partnerships and seeking innovative approaches/opportunities.
  • Partner with creative team on asset requests to best optimize channel goals and performance
  • Understand measurement strategies for each channel and report out on relevant KPIs
  • Analyze past campaign performance to offer insights into future planning
  • Meet with and evaluate potential new media partners
  • Put together monthly and quarterly campaign recaps to be shared out with internal stakeholders
  • Update marketing calendars with monthly campaign details to share out internally


  • 3-5 years of experience in planning and buying traditional and/or digital media
  • Self starter willing to take on and learn new opportunities and channels
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain and adhere to multiple deadlines depending on vendor needs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to build relationships across team, department, and vendors
  • Able to work both individually and in a team setting
  • Proficiency using MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.)
  • Experience with Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads Manager a plus
