Job Description:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required

Work Experiences:

  • At least one year of B2C marketing measurement and analytics or similar experience (preferably retail)

Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, real time environment
  • Excellent analytic skills with the ability to use tools and data to dive deep and provide analysis consistently on performance metrics
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure critical timelines are met
  • Accuracy and attention to details a must in this role
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Expertise in preparation of on-line marketing brief, RFPs and Digital Marketing and media
  • Detail oriented with ability to deliver project deliverables with little supervision
  • Computer – Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), SQL, Google Analytics, MicroStrategy (Academy’s Business Intelligence platform), DoubleClick for Advertisers and other web analytics platforms expertise preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays required
  • Communication – excellent written, verbal and e-mail skills

Responsibilities:

  • Collects data, analyzes trends, and draws conclusions on cross-channel marketing tactics and strategies (including broadcast, social media, mobile marketing, banner ads)
  • Provide historical information around traffic, sales, and operations
  • Provide forward looking forecasts based on models of traffic, sales, and operations
  • Using retail math in conjunction with analytics to calculate or predict financial impact
  • Creates experimental designs (test vs. control) for marketing tactics which allows for accurate ROI measurement
  • Partners with other Analysts to provide integrated and comprehensive marketing program analysis
  • Partnering with Sr. Analysts to convert ambiguous data requests into usable data for the business
  • Required to learn company policies, procedures and safety rules
  • Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned
