Spanx is looking for a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to oversee our growth marketing and customer retention efforts for the Spanx brand globally. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new customers, increasing engagement and purchase frequency from existing customers, and driving overall brand loyalty through both digital marketing channels and offline direct marketing. Owned channels include paid social, paid search, display, affiliate/influencer, email, SMS and others. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing a digitally led marketing organization and a passion for combining data driven decisions with a strong brand identity.
In this role you will partner closely with our e-commerce team, customer experience, creative, business intelligence, finance, demand planning and wholesale teams to optimize performance across the Spanx brand against a clear set of KPIs.
This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters and reports into our VP of Growth Marketing and E-commerce.
