We’re seeking an experienced, hungry growth marketer to join us as the Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Grummies. Grummies are the first real, clean gummies, packed with superfoods and disrupting the fastest-growing category in supplements by actually making vitamin gummies good for you.  We’re an experienced growth team supported by leading agencies for paid and creative.  We’re looking for an experienced, do-it-all Growth Marketer to lead the marketing side of our business and work directly with our founders to build Grummies into a leading online brand.
The ideal candidate will have a background in e-commerce growth and paid social and CPC marketing, with 5+ years of experience, and a demonstrated enthusiasm for early stage businesses and entrepreneurship.  Previous experience at a D-to-C brand is preferred. This role has significant room for growth for a creative problem-solver who takes initiative, enjoys learning, and leaves things better than they found them.
We are based in a warm, welcoming office in Soho, New York, but this role will begin remotely and can continue to be partially remote even after it is safe to return to an office environment.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and lead the day-to-day operation and strategy for Grummies’ DTC marketing program across paid social, paid search and retargeting
    • Develop and scale paid channels to drive acquisition, supporting external agencies as applicable
    • Lead paid social creative strategy including key storylines and asset development
    • Continuously improve on Grummies’ CRO + funnel optimization
    • Define growth and performance benchmarks and measure, analyze and report on metrics
    • Manage channel budgets and KPIs, including ongoing analysis and reporting
    • Support additional key online e-commerce channels such as Amazon
    • Stewarding Grummies’ brand values and voice in performance channels

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a particular focus on performance marketing across all major paid channels
    • Demonstrated experience working within the full DTC marketing funnel and tech stack
    • Highly analytical with a passion for data; ability to identify opportunities and insights
    • Strong understanding of effective paid creative and design processes
    • Experience managing a budget, forecasting and delivering on CPA, ROAS, retention and LTV goals
    • Exceptionally organized with high attention to detail and a desire to develop processes and strategies from the ground up
    • A strong work ethic, willing to roll up sleeves and get things done; an entrepreneurial mindset - someone who is hungry, determined and able to drive real results
