We are currently in search of a Senior Manager Diversity and Inclusion that will support the design, delivery, and communication of the global diversity and inclusion strategy for the enterprise.

What You Will Do

  • Influence and guide the D&I strategy through partnerships across all QRG brands and functions
  • Lead internal Diversity Inclusion programming in collaboration with QRG D&I Leadership, all Brand & Function TMRGs, People & Org and Communications teams to develop sustainable processes and practices for ongoing management of the groups.
  • Lead, manage, and consult with internal communications regarding D&I programming, initiatives, and all aspects of the TMRG process with Qurate on company-wide communication strategies.
  • Coach the TMRG Diversity and Inclusion Advancement Committee to identify tactics to grow membership and ensure they add maximum value to our D&I efforts.
  • Lead TMRG engagement efforts including design, implementation, consultation, and action planning to help create and deliver organizational TMRGs aligned the QRG values.
  • Partner with People Leads to create and identify high potential development opportunities in support of D&I and TMRG initiatives.  Collaborate with Director on D&I related talent solutions across QRG.
  • Support Diversity Council effectiveness: Organize and ensure all materials and relevant information is provided to the Director or D&I and subsequently the CEO’s office well in advance of - meetings. Provide guidance to TMRG Chairs on how to prepare for meetings. Ensure follow up actions are completed after the meetings
  • Facilitate communication, advocacy, and budget management for TMRGs
  • Provide updates and consolidate metrics on TMRG progress: Apply benchmarks, best practices, and metrics for measuring the impact of our programs
  • Plan and Execute annual TMRG recognition event

Who You Are

  • Education requires a BA/BS in HR, Business or related; Masters in HR or MBA  preferred
  • Experience includes 8+ years experience in human resources specialist functions
  • 4 years of experience in Diversity & Inclusion, Team Member Resource Group project and/or program management
  • Accountable and willing to both be hands on with all levels of the organization as well as serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders
  • Expertise in project, program and change management, specifically related to Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization to drive alignment and engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and meet budget goals
  • Desire to challenge convention and able to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
  • Committed to continuous process improvement in people strategies and initiatives; curious and innovative about finding ways to scale through program design and use of technology.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Stellar verbal, written, presentation and relationship management skills
