The leader will drive the creation and building of one-to-one personalization technical capabilities with as much automation as possible, leveraging customer and product data and behavioral indicators to drive revenue growth. The leader will need to define the optimal mix of third-party and existing technical capabilities to build a best-in-class, one-to-one personalization capabilities platform.
