About the Role

In this role you will be one of the leaders in our sales and business development organization. You're a pro and you lead by example. You're strategic and eager to increase revenue while driving profitability for some of the biggest retailers in the world. We’re looking for someone that has extensive knowledge of home and decor. Apparel/fashion knowledge is a plus. You should also be passionate about retail technology and innovation. This is an incredible opportunity for the right individual.

Responsibilities

  • You will build and manage relationships with client stakeholders across a variety of functions, including leadership and executive teams.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to drive the business strategy and ultimately expand the usage of Stylitics (coverage and product suites/innovation) for the retailers you oversee. While this is not a new sale (e.g., hunter) position, it is a revenue-focused (e.g., farming) role. You will leverage our best practices and technology to help retailers grow their revenue and profitability.
  • You will work closely with internal teams to identify product and growth opportunities. These internal teams include GMs of the product suites, account leadership, product and technology, among others.
  • You will establish and maintain long-term relationships to maximize future revenue opportunities.
  • Be a thought leader in the industry.

What We're Looking For

  • Ten-plus years relevant experience working with senior and executive level management
  • Extensive knowledge of the home and decor retail industry
  • Experienced in strategically growing B-to-B SaaS accounts
  • Has led/closed $1 million-plus sized deals
  • Has been responsible for annual sales quotas of $5 million to $20 million
  • Skilled in contract review and negotiation
  • A team player who leads by example
  • A self-starter and entrepreneurial in approach
  • Expertise and confidence when presenting, whether to small or large groups
