About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, strategic individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our dynamic organization as the VP of Brand Marketing. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will lead the development and execution of our integrated marketing plans and initiatives, driving brand awareness and consumer acquisition and launching campaigns across our owned, earned, and paid channels, for both B2C and B2B. The ideal candidate comes to us with a deep knowledge of brand building in both large and small retail organizations, and has experience growing brands and developing the customer journey at each step of the funnel. Reporting into this role will be the integrated marketing, editorial/copy, and creative functions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create programs that support Health-E Commerce’s revenue and growth goals by driving brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Own all cross-functional campaign execution and ensure that all campaign elements contribute to achieving target KPIs
  • Own the marketing calendar and related planning and processes as related to campaign & product launches
  • Own the voice of the customer
  • Drive strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across email, SMS, organic social, PR and the holistic onsite experience
  • Work closely with the Merchandising and Ecommerce teams to build out the merchandising strategy and product story narratives for each marketing campaign
  • Work closely with the CRM and Performance Marketing teams ensure that each campaign is being fully support across all channels, and is being properly targeted/segmented to ensure ROAS goals are achieved
  • Proactively brainstorm creative marketing ideas on engaging content that can be leveraged across various marketing channels for the B2C and B2B2C channels
  • Work closely with the Sales and Business Intelligence teams to uncover consistent key messaging that can be used across both B2B and B2C2C channels.
  • Build-out the infrastructure needed to drive communication, collaboration, and productivity across the marketing team and key cross-functional partners.
  • Develop marketing collateral/assets in line with brand identity, tested and optimized to drive top engagement metrics

What You’ll Need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in brand marketing
  • Digital marketing experience including Brand Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media management
  • Experience managing creative teams — firsthand experience writing briefs, drafting copy, weighing in on creative, and being accountable for the performance of the creative
  • Analytical, obsessive about connecting with the customers, and constantly looking for ways to optimize campaigns
  • Love to test and iterate on new ad creative and copy and think creatively about new ways to scale
  • A deeply collaborative team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Resourceful (a true owner) and highly results-motivated
  • A great presenter and communicator across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to proactively manage multiple priorities and teams  in a fast paced, change oriented environment
