The Visual Merchandising Store Experience Specialist is responsible for assisting in all aspects of elevating the instore experience including refreshes and relocation initiatives, in-store “permanent” marketing, new fixture rollouts and vendor partnerships that enhance and support brand standards/ initiatives

Essential Functions (5-7):

  • Design and develop all routine directives for refreshes and relocations including gathering and verifying all information, creating visual set ups for every store format/types and coordinating with the key stakeholders on all related tasks and creating related communications to stores e.g., emails tasks, news articles , update intranet, creating store specific mail packs etc, Also, manage all POP Tracker campaigns to ensure stores are “promotionally ready”
  • Update Visual Database and Calendars in collaboration with Visual Merchandising Coordinator ensuring accuracy of product types, measurements, fixtures, marketing, and visual elements are always up to date
  • Work cross functionally with Store Development, Purchasing, Visual Design and Marketing teams on permanent in-store marketing or fixtures for new, relocations, special store projects and partnerships. Including create and share out all distros for all marketing / fixtures /other elements that support store enhancements projects for the brand and partnerships
  • Test all new fixture rollouts – including building fixture to create step by step guide for stores. Provide feedback to Visual Design team on the ease of use on the fixture.
  • Design and develop partnership set up’s for all store format/types and coordinating with the key stakeholders and VM Store Experience Manager on all related tasks and creating related directives and communications to stores e.g., Bouqs, TBT
  • Manage the vendor partnership samples, visual closet and Visual Store Request (VSR) mailbox alongside all visual coordinators.
  • Support “bringing the brand to life” at all company events, including Corporate Town Halls and Field Sales Meetings

Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (required or preferred):

Education: Bachelor Degree Required

Years of Related Experience: 3-5 years

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • AutoCAD (required)
  • Adobe Suite (proficient in InDesign)
  • Microsoft Office (proficient in Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel)
  • Strong Proofreading Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Act and work with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with cross functional teams and individuals
  • Keeps up on industry trends and can adapt for the brand.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate promptly and accurately via computer, telephone, or similar device with or without assistive technology
  • Ability to perform sedentary work
  • Ability to balance, bend, kneel, squat, and reach
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to travel by car, rail or air
