Danielle shares her time between roles as the co-founder / managing partner with bltCareers (brand | live | thrive), and as an executive consultant with Right Management & ManpowerGroup. Having lived and worked internationally, she’s fortunate to continue to work with global audiences (37+ countries). She consults with organizations spanning Fortune 100 to start-up businesses. In recent years, Danielle has focused on coaching 1st-time CEOs by using real-time business challenges to focus on executive development. Additionally, she has expertise in leadership development, career development / mobility, and developing leaders (c-suite to directors) driving performance improvements (KPIs). Examples include helping leaders (and their ELTs) redesign/restructure organizations based on shifts in transformation strategies, extract savings from SG&A, and better manage board relationships. Danielle has deep domain expertise in career development and personal branding; she co-authored the book FOCUS: Creating Career & Brand Clarity, 2nd Edition. She is a recognized subject matter expert in the retail, higher education, and healthcare industries. Her work feeds her passion of working with organizations to improve the employee experience to drive the customer experience -- driving retention, improving productivity, and fueling competitive advantage. Danielle holds a MEd / Human Resource Development from The University of Southern Maine, a BS in Business from Providence College, and completed doctoral-level coursework in Leadership at the University of San Diego.
