Mary Ann Domuracki brings strategic consulting and transaction advisory experience to a broad range of international clients in the consumer and retail sectors.
Her experience spans mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border transactions and special situations, capital raising, and strategic planning. She has advised more than 50 clients on transactions with a combined value of more than $5 billion. Her recent experience includes advising Wacoal in its acquisitions of Lively and the Eveden Group, Shanghai Shenda in its acquisition of Perfect Fit, and Camuto Group in its sale to DSW and Authentic Brands Group.
Prior to joining MMG Advisors in 2015, Mary Ann was a Managing Director at Financo. Her earlier financial and operational experience includes serving as CFO, then CEO and President, of Danskin and EVP of Kasper ASL.
Mary Ann serves on the Advisory Board of LIM College and is a member of the American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA) and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), where she is a member of the Annual Turnaround and Transaction Awards Committee. She is also a co-founder of The DealmakeHers, an exclusive network of female dealmakers and leaders in the retail and consumer space. She was named one of the Most Influential Women in Mid- Market M&A in 2020. Mary Ann holds a BBS from Pennsylvania State University with a concentration in Accounting. She is a CPA and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 securities licenses.
