- What’s the best book you’ve read recently?
“Lovemarks” by Kevin Roberts. The Lovemarks theory is something I adapted early on in my career and I’m convinced it has made me a better brand marketer. - What’s a tip you have for productively leading a remote or hybrid team?
Build trust and inclusion by looking for opportunities to bring the entire team together, whether it’s in person or a virtual happy hour! - What’s a mistake you made early on in your career?
I wore my emotions on my sleeve and took business decisions and feedback personally. - What’s the toughest part of being in charge?
You’re responsible for every decision made by you and your team, so you have to operate with an incredible amount of intention and thought. - What’s the best way you motivate team members?
Empowerment. Hire great talent and then empower them to do their job; be open minded and trust them. - What woman inspires you right now and why?
Amanda Gorman. She’s a true changemaker. She’s inspiring, passionate and confident. I’m excited for the future if she represents the next generation. - What are you looking forward to the most for the industry this year?
Omnichannel retail and better brand experiences. I’m excited to see where innovation takes the future of retail. - What’s one thing you look for when interviewing a job candidate?
Confidence and a strong work ethic — passion! - What’s something that you learned about yourself in the past year?
That I’m a lot more patient than I thought I was. I’ve slowed down to enjoy the journey a bit more. - What’s your favorite podcast?

I’m extremely optimistic and see the possibility in anything. - What’s one habit you adopted while working from home that you kept/would like to keep with you as you return to the office?
Knowing when to put my phone away and be present. We were forced to shut off while WFH; doing so intentionally has given me so much time back with my family. - How would you describe yourself in a single sentence?
I’m decisive and I like getting things done quickly, and always do so by staying true to my vision. - What’s your favorite app?
