Signet Jewelers, whose brands include KAY Jewelers, Zales, Jared, Banter by Piercing Pagoda, and six others, reshuffled its leadership at several of the banner brands, the company announced last month.

Jamie Singleton, formerly the president of the KAY Jewelers, Zales, and Peoples banners, has been named group president and chief consumer officer of Signet. The company wrote in a press release that she’ll work on “continuing to heighten Signet’s focus on delighting customers through the delivery of a best-in-retail shopping experience and innovative product.”

Kecia Caffie, formerly the president of Banter by Piercing Pagoda, will become the president of Zales, and will be leading development of designer brand partnerships within Signet.

Amy Robinson, most recently the senior vice president and general merchandise manager at The Michaels Company, will lead Banter by Piercing Pagoda as its president.

Bill Brace, formerly the president of Jared, will now serve as president of KAY Jewelers. Claudia Cividino will take Brace’s place as president of Jared. Cividino was most recently the CEO of North America at Loro Piana.

Gina Drosos, Signet’s CEO, said the new organizational leadership structure would position the company to execute its strategies and leverage its strengths.

“We’ve been on both a cultural and business transformation journey in recent years to evolve Signet into the growth and innovation leader of the jewelry industry,” said Drosos. “We believe the changes we’re sharing today will help us further our evolution as we continue to innovate for our customers, accelerate our growth, strengthen our culture, and expand our leadership of the jewelry industry, while we continue to invest and develop our people.”
