Crista Bailey, Chief Business Development Officer, Him For Her, took the stage at the 2023 Women in Retail Leadership Summit, held April 17-19 in Phoenix.

Each year, the Women in Retail Leadership Summit partners with a nonprofit that gives back to our community in some way. This year we are partnering with Him For Her, a social impact venture aimed at accelerating diversity on corporate boards. To bridge the network gap responsible for the sparsity of women in the boardroom, Him For Her engages business luminaries to connect the world’s most talented “Hers” to board service.
