Stacy Bowe, a Women in Retail Leadership Circle (WIRLC) member, has been named president of the multiplatform video commerce retailer HSN, the company announced in late February.
Bowe was most recently the chief merchandising officer of QVC in the U.S., which, along with HSN, is owned by Qurate Retail Group. Bowe will report to Qurate President and CEO David Rawlinson II.
“In the 18 months that Stacy has been the chief merchant for QVC US, she rapidly recalibrated our buying program, improved our inventory levels, and reinvigorated the freshness and newness of our assortment,” Rawlinson said in a press release announcing Bowe’s appointment. “Her leadership has been instrumental in reinstating the unique affinity that QVC shares with its customers and its position as a premier destination for national and entrepreneurial brands. Stacy’s consumer focus and experience at top brands like Macy’s will be critical in accelerating HSN’s position with consumers, brands, and the celebrities and entertainers that differentiate HSN in the marketplace.”
Bowe will replace current HSN president Rob Muller, who will remain at HSN to support the transition through April 2024.
Bowe has been with Qurate since September 2022. She previously held leadership roles at G-III Apparel Group and Macy’s.
