AG1 President and COO Kat Cole on Iterating, Adapting and Succeeding Faster

This video features a discussion from the 2024 Women in Retail Leadership Summit, held April 29-May 1 in Amelia Island, FL. Kat Cole, president and chief operating officer of Athletic Greens, was the opening keynote for the 10th annual Summit and shared how she learned to iterate, adapt, and succeed faster in her 20-plus year career in retail.

In the video clip, Cole shares how she went from leading the staple mall and airport baked goods kiosk Cinnabon to running AG1, which sells a daily foundational nutrition supplement that supports whole body health.
