Advisory Board Application

Thank you for your interest in serving as a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle (WIRLC) Advisory Board!

Advisory board members are appointed for a two-year term and receive complimentary membership during their tenure. Applicants must be current WIRLC members who are actively working at a retailer or brand. Commitments include:

Attend quarterly virtual advisory board meetings (must attend at least 3 of 4 meetings)
Attend the annual Women in Retail Leadership Summit for the duration of the event (complimentary registration)
Attend at least one Women in Retail full-day or half-day conference each year (complimentary registration)
- Please note that this is in addition to attending the annual Leadership Summit.
Promote WIRLC membership to colleagues and networks
Participate in new member onboarding activities, including attendance at quarterly welcome calls and some individual outreach
Promote WIRLC events and activities via social media
Facilitate connections between WIRLC and industry vendors who could serve as event sponsor partners
Provide thought leadership around WIRLC organizational growth and activities
