It’s finally here! Women in Retail Leadership Circle’s fall “On the Road” events are kicking off next week in Columbus on Sept. 24, followed by a road trip (literally — I’m driving and the Taylor Swift playlist is queued up) to Chicago on Sept. 26. We couldn’t be more excited for these intimate gatherings of senior-level executive women in retail!
In both cities, you can expect an afternoon of networking, motivating keynotes, insightful panels and, of course, swag (because we love supporting our industry!).
First up in Columbus, our Women in Retail board member, Emily Culp, sits down with Bath & Body Works CEO Gina Boswell for an intimate chat about Boswell’s career journey. Then comedian, author and speaker Andrea Flack-Wetherald takes the stage to teach us what every leader needs to know about forgiveness, followed by an incredible panel of C-suite leaders from DSW, Justice Design Lab, the Cleveland Cavaliers, Pivot, and the Women of Color Retail Alliance.
In Chicago, you’ll hear from Vera Bradley Chief Marketing Officer Alison Hiatt on the strategic marketing and leadership initiatives that are driving the transformation of the iconic lifestyle brand. Then, strap in for Odessa “OJ” Jenkins‘ keynote on the power of storytelling, followed by a panel of incredible executive women from Hickory Farms, Monica + Andy, American Freight, Tricoci, and RVD Solutions, who will be talking about the life lessons they learned to get to the top of their respective fields.
If you’re interested in joining this remarkable group of women in Columbus and/or Chicago, please register here. Seats are filling up fast and only a few spots remain!
Looking forward to connecting with you in the Midwest next week!
