Women in Retail Leadership Circle (WIRLC) is thrilled to report that it is partnering with the National Retail Federation’s Big Show, which will return to New York City’s Jacob Javits Center from Jan. 12-14.

As part of the partnership, WIRLC will host its first-ever Women in Retail Oasis at the NRF show, which will offer attendees a peaceful space to unwind, reconnect and recharge. Attendees will be able to immerse themselves in curated networking opportunities with executive leaders as well as explore the inspiring Women in Retail community. The Oasis, which will be located on Level 1 in the Special Events Hall, will be open during the following dates/times at the Big Show:

  • Sunday, Jan. 12, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Monday, Jan. 13, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Jan. 14, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Members and nonmembers are all welcome! If you’re attending the NRF Big Show, please be sure to stop by and say hello!

The conference will feature three days of insights from leaders of some of the world’s largest and most influential companies. More than a dozen retail CEOs will share their perspectives on innovations driving new pathways for growth, long-term success strategies, digital transformation, brand partnerships, resonating with younger consumers, and more.

As previously reported, we’re also thrilled to partner with the NRF and RETHINK Retail on Retail Voices by NRF for 2025, a program celebrating leaders who are driving the retail industry to new heights. These honorees embody innovation and influence, inspiring change through their community impact, industry expertise, and commitment to growth — whether online, on stage, or through transformative collaborations.

NRF, RETHINK Retail and WIRLC carefully selected the Retail Voices honorees from among more than 1,000 candidates spanning industry categories and specialties. The following WIRLC members were named to NRF’s Retail Voices list:

  • Jackie Ardrey, CEO, Vera Bradley, Inc.
  • Emily Culp, Chief Strategy and Brand Officer, BodyHealth
  • Laura Hnatow, Vice President, Marketing and E-Commerce, Sea Bags
  • Dawn Robertson, Member, Board of Directors, Apparel Group, and Chairman of the Board, Splitit

Additionally, Women in Retail Leadership Circle President and Co-Founder Jennifer DiPasquale was also named an influential voice impacting retail! All of the honorees listed will be attending NRF’s Big Show in New York on Jan. 12-14.
