As 2024 winds down, we here at Women in Retail Leadership Circle would love to take a moment to thank our subscribers, members, event attendees, partner sponsors, speakers, and the many friends of our group for their continued support. It is truly YOU who makes this community so valued as a premier member association for executive-level women in the retail industry.

With the new year in mind, here are some things we are excited about in 2025:

  • Registration is open for our annual Women in Retail Leadership Summit, taking place Mon., April 28 – Wed., April 30 at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. The Summit is on track to sell out earlier than ever, so if you’re planning to attend, please register ASAP. If you haven’t been to the Summit before — or you have been and want to relive the magic again — check out this video!
  • All content from our 2024 On the Road events is now available here for members only. These videos provide a wealth of insights and fresh perspectives. Start the year with new ideas and inspiration by exploring them today! Note: The videos are accessible exclusively to members.   • Heading to NRF’s Big Show? For the first time ever, we’re hosting our own Women in Retail Oasis at the show (Jan. 12-14). Stop by throughout the three days for some relaxation and networking! 
  • We’re excited about our first complimentary Virtual Exchange of the year, to be held with our sister brand, Total Retail, on Jan. 30. The interactive event will feature interviews with leading retail executives on a variety of mission-critical industry topics. You can also catch it on-demand if you’re not able to make it on Jan. 30.
