In the 11 years Women in Retail Leadership Circle has been empowering women to become better leaders, we’ve figured out a pretty good recipe for bringing together powerful women in a safe and inclusive environment to connect. And there’s no better place to do that than the annual Women in Retail Leadership Summit.

This year, we’re improving upon that recipe. We know how intimidating it can be to go to an event by yourself or to put yourself out there when you don’t know anyone else in the room. Even in an environment as supportive as the one we’ve (humbly) managed to create, it can be daunting to form authentic relationships if you’re a first-timer, especially with everything else going on at the Summit, including keynotes, panels, one-to-one coaching, workshops, social hours, activations, and more.

This is the perfect opportunity to connect, mingle and forge meaningful relationships with fellow participants who are new to the Summit. To be held on Sunday evening — before the official start of the conference — this casual and friendly gathering will help break the ice and set the stage for an engaging and memorable experience. New attendees will be joined on the beach of the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island by member ambassadors with Summit experience to answer questions and help you make new connections.
