Women in Retail: Next Chapter Sessions is a monthly, peer-based series designed to support women navigating career transitions in a thoughtful, practical, and community-driven way. This series is not about presentations or quick fixes. It’s about creating a consistent space where women can connect with peers, gain perspective, and move forward with confidence.

Each 90-minute session, usually held the last Friday of the month, will include structured introductions to build connection, focused insight from a coach or executive recruiter on topics relevant to career transition, and facilitated peer discussion. Participants will have the opportunity to share what they’re navigating, exchange resources and ideas, and support one another in a trusted, judgment-free environment. This series is for Women in Retail members only.
