Join us for the inaugural Women in Retail Leadership Reading Series — a facilitated virtual workshop designed for Director- and Senior Director-level members. Grounded in “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, this seven-week experience features 90-minute sessions that blend reflection, facilitated dialogue, and whole-group engagement. Participants will build sharper prioritization, stronger boundaries, greater influence, and renewal practices to reduce burnout and support long-term success. With a mission-first approach and real-world retail application — spanning decision-making, staffing, conflict, and cross-functional collaboration — participants will leave with practical, career-guiding tools, including a personalized Mission Statement and Maintenance Plan.
