Amy Finley is the Co-Founder of Finton Design, LLC a Texas-based company which provides consulting services with broad international experience in design, product development, sourcing, e-commerce and manufacturing in the home furnishings industry.

With over 25 years of experience, Amy has worked with brands such as Williams Sonoma, Michaels, Kirkland’s Home, World Market, Target, Lowe’s, Ralph Lauren Home, Henredon, The Bombay Company, Maitland-Smith & many others. She previously held executive roles at high end wholesaler, Maitland-Smith, where she led an international team in Product Development, Design and Marketing, and JCPenney, where she led design and development of its private label home brands, overseeing $600 million in annual revenue.

She has a degree in industrial design, furniture manufacturing and industrial engineering from North Carolina State University. In her free time, Amy enjoys the challenges of running her own business, volunteering in her community, being active outdoors & embarrassing her two teenage children.
