April's extensive leadership journey spans three continents, where she has steered sales and operations teams for renowned brands including Starbucks, Apple, Banana Republic, Laura Canada, Holt Renfrew, and Davids Tea.

In 2018, she founded both retailu.ca and April Sabral Leadership and Coaching, showcasing her commitment to empowering others. With two published books, "The Positive Effect" and "Incurable Positivity," April's expertise goes beyond the ordinary. Presently, she partners with retailers to train and empower managers as mission-driven leaders, while guiding senior executives in fostering sustained team engagement and results through coaching.
