Her career spans big‑box leaders such as Best Buy and Target, as well as department stores and specialty retailers, where she has delivered enterprise-wide impact across operations, technology, and human capital.

Shari has held multiple senior leadership roles—including Vice President of Retail Operations and Services, Vice President of Automation, and Vice President of Enterprise Talent Acquisition—where she led complex transformations that improved profitability, strengthened the customer experience, and advanced digital and operational capabilities.
