Some of us are living through our own. And a lot of us are somewhere in the in-between, where the old title doesn’t quite fit anymore and the next one isn’t here yet. The strategy for getting through a transition is rarely the hard part. The harder part is internal: staying clear, grounded, and sure of who you are when the ground keeps moving beneath you.

That conversation will take center stage during an upcoming Next Chapter Sessions event from Women in Retail Leadership Circle. The member-only virtual session, Leading Through Change: Turning Inflection Points Into Growth, will take place on June 26 at 12 p.m. ET. It will feature leadership coach Elaina Carpino, founder of Change is HeartWork and chief operating officer of Change Enthusiasm Global.

In this interactive session, Elaina will work with attendees on how to lead through change without losing yourself in it. Drawing on more than 25 years inside organizations, along with her work coaching senior leaders through their own transitions, Elaina will share practical tools for steadying yourself, communicating with intention, and remembering that who you are was never defined by an org chart. Through guided breakouts and reflection, attendees will connect with peers facing similar crossroads, identify what their transition is really asking of them, and leave with one clear next step.
