Jessica Cunning is a partner at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP and a foundation and strategy leader in the firm's nationally recognized eControl practice group. Jessica’s practice centers on architecting unified channel control strategies.

By aligning legal strategy with commercial objectives, Jessica serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership, sales, and eCommerce teams. She specializes in modernizing distribution systems, drafting international commercial agreements, and structuring authorized seller programs designed for long-term brand control. She also has significant experience in pricing and promotional policy compliance, federal warranty law (Magnuson-Moss), and comprehensive risk mitigation.

A leader in data-driven legal counsel, Jessica helps brands identify and leverage high-impact metrics to quantify program effectiveness and refine enforcement strategies. This data-centric approach allows her to counsel and help brands effectuate pricing policies and distribution controls that achieve specific business KPIs. Internationally, Jessica guides brands through the complexities of global marketplaces, providing end-to-end support for brands scaling their eControl programs from the United States into Europe and beyond.
