Melissa is a Founding Partner & Executive Coach with Leadership Reinvented where she leverages her extensive executive leadership career with her experience as a Board Certified Counselor. Melissa has more than 24 years of experience in human resources leadership and executive leadership, including Chief Transformation Officer, Interim Co-CEO, Head of People & Culture and various senior HR leadership and labor/employee relations roles within Venus Fashion, Chico’s FAS and Target Corporation. Melissa’s education includes a Master of Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She holds numerous professional certifications, including Situational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, ORSC (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching) and is a Certified User of Predictive Index (Talent Acquisition & Development), as well as a Board Certified National Counselor. Melissa's extensive experience includes coaching and guiding individuals, leadership teams and project teams to overcome challenges, improve team dynamics and drive results.
