Patrice Boone SVP & CMO, Home & Auto at Synchrony, a premier consumer financial services company. She is a strategic thinker, proficient at developing business strategies that set specific and measurable goals with well-defined implementation roadmaps. She is a champion of the customer and is passionate about driving a stellar customer experience through UX, marketing and communications. Patrice is also passionate about the employee experience and has developed and led various projects outside of her roles to help support that.
Patrice has over 20 years of B2C and B2B experience, including roles in brand strategy, product development, digital/omni-channel marketing and customer experience development.
In her current role, she leads a team of marketers responsible for building insights and data-driven marketing strategies for clients within the Home & Auto industry and for evolving the HOME and Auto networks. Patrice also plays a critical horizontal role, building relationships across multiple partner teams, and stakeholder groups.
Prior to joining Synchrony, Patrice held marketing roles at Capital One, Altria Group, Inc., and McKesson Medical Surgical.
Patrice holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Penn State University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Richmond.
