The women taking the stage at Women in Retail Leadership Circle’s daylong On the Road event in Dallas have no problem being vulnerable and authentic. On June 2, they’ll share their journeys of personal and professional success in the face of adversity.

Kelsey Moreira, Cindy Solomon and Layla Kasha are three such women who can attest to the road not always being smooth. Moreira, the founder of dessert brand Doughp, has a story to tell about her addiction and recovery. Solomon, who founded the Courageous Leadership Institute and is an internationally recognized expert on the topic, can identify the barriers she creates for herself. And Kasha, senior vice president and chief new store growth officer of Grocery Outlet, will share why it’s critical that women help other women rise wherever they are.

Just like our annual three-day Leadership Summit, these regional events remind us that we’re not alone. We’re all facing issues at work, and if nothing else, it’s nice to hear that no one — from the CEO of an enterprise retail organization to a founder who launched a startup during the pandemic — has the perfect work life, and someone usually has a solution.

Moreira, Solomon and Kasha are just three of the extraordinary women you’ll have the opportunity to meet at the Highland Dallas on June 2. This daylong event also includes:

  • a meet-and-greet power hour with plenty of time for networking;
  • a discussion on retail challenges and how a few innovators solved them;
  • tips for building an inclusive work culture to keep employees engaged;
  • insights from women who are changing the retail landscape; and
  • much more!

We only have a few spots left for our On the Road event in Dallas. Register today to guarantee your spot and share space with these incredible women!

Cheers,
