Like clockwork, as soon as the weather here in the Northeast starts to cool down, you can count on Women in Retail Leadership Circle’s (WIRLC) fall event season to heat up! This year we have some great events scheduled — both in person and virtual — that I’d love to tell you about! Here are the details:

  • We’re thrilled to be hosting the annual Women in Retail Leadership Summit, taking place Oct. 11-13 at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort and Spa! We have a great event planned. You’ll hear engaging and inspiring content; have the chance to connect with some of the leading minds in the retail industry during fun and unique networking activities; be able to set up one-to-one meetings with executive career coaches, financial coaches, and nutritionists; and have access to a wellness pavilion where you can refresh and recharge! We strongly recommend you register as soon as possible for the Summit, as space is limited and we’re expecting to sell out once again. Please take note of our safety measures here.
  • In partnership with our sister brand, Total Retail, we are hosting a Retail Roundtable dinner event, taking place on Tues., Sept. 14 in New York City. If you’re in the New York City area, I hope you can join us! We have a fabulous panel of speakers lined up, including Monica Belsito, chief marketing officer, LOLA; Andrew Laudato, chief operating officer, The Vitamin Shoppe; Joe Milano, senior vice president, global digital, Kate Spade New York; and Erika Strum Silberstein, president of commerce, Wine Enthusiast. These industry leaders will discuss the challenges they’re facing in 2021 as well as present the strategies they’ve implemented to meet these challenges head on. Please register for this complimentary event today! Please take note of our safety measures for this event here.
  • On Thurs., Sept. 23, we will be hosting another Women in Retail and Total Retail Virtual Exchange, during which you’ll see live interviews with retail leaders on a variety of topics such as leadership, retail trends, innovation, entrepreneurship, and more. We have an incredible lineup of speakers planned, including Bea Dixon, co-founder and CEO, The Honey Pot; Francesca Mahoney, head of sustainability, Petco; and Brian Seewald, senior vice president, e-commerce, Express. And bring your questions; you will be able to ask these retail leaders questions live! Register here for this complimentary virtual event.

If you have any questions on any of the events listed above, please feel free to reach out to me at mcampanelli@napco.com.

Hope you have a great Fall!
