Director, E-Tailer Accounts, Elizabeth Arden
This New York City-based position will be responsible for driving the strategy and delivering against sales goals in the U.S. prestige retailer.com and online-only pure-play accounts for the Elizabeth Arden brand and licensed fragrances. The role also provides leadership and oversight (but not sales ownership) for U.S. licensed fragrances at mass retailer.com accounts and all retailer.com accounts across international markets. This role will report to the vice president, global digital, and partners closely with the U.S. sales, e-commerce and marketing teams.

Elizabeth Arden is looking for candidates to have 10-plus years work experience in e-commerce and digital marketing with demonstrated sales growth, along with a strong preference for brand experience owning retailer.com accounts or retailer e-commerce experience. In addition, candidates should have the following skill set:

  • ability to innovate, influence and lead change management internally and externally;
  • excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills;
  • detail oriented and ability to multitask;
  • appreciation for a fast-paced, sales-driven and entrepreneurial environment; and
  • aptitude for working with internet tools (e.g., web-based reports, databases and various multimedia technologies).
