Our 2024 Women in Retail Leadership Circle: On the Road events are ending with a bang! We had a blast in Dallas last week, hearing from inspiring leaders like Denise Paulonis, president and CEO of Sally Beauty Holdings, and enjoying a private tour of the hundreds of wholesale showrooms inside the Dallas Market Center.

In New York City yesterday, our community joined us at the beautiful City Winery overlooking the Hudson River. Attendees heard from Cy Wakeman on how to eliminate workplace drama; a panel of industry experts discussing the transformative power of artificial intelligence; actress Jennie Garth on her journey from Hollywood to fashion at 50; and female retail leaders including Mary Fox of Lovesac, Anu Narayanan of Anthropologie Group, among others. Not to mention peer roundtable discussions, several networking activities, laughter yoga to release stress, and so much more!

Our final On the Road event of this year is happening next week in San Francisco. Join us on Nov. 7 at The Marker San Francisco for an event chock-full of networking opportunities to meet fellow women leaders. Attendees will learn the four key elements of influence and resilience strategies to thrive during change in two engaging leadership development sessions. Plus, industry speakers include Jenny Ming, CEO, Rothy’s; Vanessa Wallace, chief marketing officer, Savage X Fenty; Lisa Perlmutter, chief customer officer, Hanna Andersson; e.l.f. Beauty C-suite executives Kory Marchisotto and Mandy Fields; and many more.
