I’m writing this letter from the City by the Bay, where our last On the Road event of the year is taking place.

If you’ve never been to one of our On the Road events — or our “mini” Women in Retail Leadership Summits, as we like to call them — let me tell you about them. They enable executive women in leadership positions at top retailers and brands the chance to hear inspiring keynote presentations and engaging panel discussions, participate in private executive coaching sessions and targeted networking functions, partake in fun activations, and shop at our pop-up shops.
