What an incredible few days it’s been at Shoptalk in Las Vegas, where the energy has been nonstop — especially inside the Women in Retail Pavilion.
Over the course of three days (March 24-26), the Pavilion is serving as a true hub for connection, inspiration, and community. Designed as a relaxed and inviting environment right on the show floor, the Pavilion brings together leading female retail executives for candid, engaging conversations during breaks in the Shoptalk programming.
Yesterday, we hosted a series of intimate fireside chats featuring leaders such as Jenica Myszkowski, CEO and president, CAMP; Anu Narayanan, president, women’s and home, Anthropologie; and Debbie Woloshin, chief marketing officer, Stitch Fix. These conversations offered attendees a behind-the-scenes look at their career journeys, leadership lessons, and the strategies driving success in today’s retail landscape.
From reconnecting with longtime Women in Retail Leadership Circle members to welcoming new faces into the community, the Pavilion has been buzzing with meaningful conversations and new connections. Attendees have enjoyed everything from interactive activations — including personalized face shape analysis from Triple Whale as well as a friendship bracelet bar hosted by Treasure Data — to simply taking a moment to recharge and connect in a vibrant, supportive environment.
And we’re not done yet. We’ll be hosting more fireside chats today and tomorrow with leaders including Denise Paulonis, president and CEO, Sally Beauty Holdings; and Elina Vilk, president and chief business officer, David’s Bridal. If you’re attending Shoptalk, be sure to stop by the Pavilion (booth #MM860) to meet, mingle, and be inspired.
If you’re not at Shoptalk or missed any of the leadership chats, don’t worry — full recordings will be available on-demand for members on our website in the coming days. Additionally, look out for coverage of the Shoptalk main stage sessions in future editions of this newsletter.
And if you’ve experienced the Pavilion and want to keep the momentum going, we’d love for you to join the Women in Retail Leadership Circle, a community built to support, connect and elevate women leaders across the retail industry. More information about joining WIRLC can be found here. Lastly, if you missed us at Shoptalk, don’t worry, you’ll be seeing a lot more of us at our upcoming events.
