Talent Directory

In response to the record unemployment rate in the retail arena as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Women in Retail Leadership Circle (WIRLC) wanted to find a way to help its members who have been impacted. As such, we’ve launched a Talent Directory, a resource designed to spotlight WIRLC members who are in between jobs and/or looking for the next challenge in their careers. Furthermore, executives seeking out talent can leverage the Talent Directory as a source for their next great hire. (Note: the Talent Directory was just pushed live yesterday, and this is the first we’re promoting it to the WIRLC audience. Therefore, don’t be surprised that it doesn’t have a large number of members included in it just yet.)

To be added to the directory, members simply log into their profile on the Women in Retail Leadership Circle website and opt into the Talent Directory. Once you opt in, you’ll be added to a directory that WIRLC members can easily access (via a drop-down menu under the “For Members” tab in the top navigation bar) when they’re looking to hire other members for jobs and projects.

We hope the Talent Directory is a helpful resource in this uncertain time for so many. (And, of course, if you’d like to join the Circle to take advantage of this great resource, you can always apply for membership here!)
